I order sofa, loveseat and chair for my living room. Michelle was extremely helpful putting the together my purchase and walking me through all my options. She even sent me swatches so I could choose what fabric looked the best with my decor.
Delivery was very good. The men brought everything in and were very courteous. They removed all the boxes and cleaned up very nicely.
There was a minor issue with the chair. I immediately called them and talked with Laurie who walked me through what to do. I was skeptical to get it repaired but they assured me if i was not 100% satisfied they would replace it only after they first tried to restores it. Within a week and repair man came out to fix the issue. He restored the chair and it looks great. I am 100% satisfied with their service and in-home restoration.
