I got delivery of my Bradington Young living room set on Friday. There was one minor scratch on the leather and I notified FurnitureBlue the day it was delivered of the issue. By Monday I got a call from Mike the furniture technician to set up an appointment (impressed with turnaround time) and he removed the scratch when he came to my home. I will keep watch of that area to see if it shows any scarring over time but right now I can't see it. I was really concerned about spending thousands of dollars over the internet but I did not want to settle for one leather color option at my local store. I read many reviews of FurnitureBlue before buying and felt comfortable enough to try and get what I wanted. My first review online ever and I am so happy! Thank you for a great experience.
