I agree with all of the other reviews of this company. They are run by a bunch of monkeys who are rude, and have no sense at all of what customer service is. I think that it is ridiculous that you are charged a convenient fee of $15 every month for automatic payment. They are the rudest people ever! I don't even think a Mr. Foreman exists as I wanted to make a complaint directly to him and they would not allow me to speak to him.
