I called to get a payment history ledger.. Unbeliveably even though I asked to speak to the finance department I was then transferred a total of SIX times! Just to have some lady answer the phone incredibly rude and tell me she would email me but not before telling me " check your spam folder before you call complaining that you didn't get nothing" wow!!!!! I work up the street from them and Im one fuze short from walking in there and telling them off. Very unprofessional
