On 10/6/2011 I experienced car problems while visiting my sister some 80+ miles from home. After AAA came out (who are always wonderful), I learned that I needed an Alternator and Javier at First Class Auto Service was highly recommended. I had my car towed to First Class Auto Service at 4:00p.m. and these folks worked a miracle. At 7:10p.m. that evening, I was happily on the road home. Leo, the manager, and Javier were kind, friendly and utter life savers for me that day. Their sense of community and professionalism brought back a type of business ethic and chivalry I haven't experienced in a long time.
