I have been with Navient/Sallie Mae customers for about 6 years. I hated calling them because the customer service seemed moody or regurgitating the same info on the screen. at the end of a call I would be extremely frustrated. Marcia answered the phone was extremely friendly. Never made me feel stupid for asking questions. I never got a prewritten answer that you can tell "they're supposed to say." It was all her. She immediately sent me an email to update my account and responded saying that it the information actually uploaded into the system, Her & her company have been very helpful in getting me a payment I can afford each month.
