They surveyed the job area and also looked at the whole roof, wrote and wrote up an estimate with pictures and discussed them with me. They repaired the roof area around the water heater vent. They came out, evaluated the problem in detail, Checked the area all around the problem up to the ridge and then made the repairs. It was very windy that day and I didn't expect them to stay up there but they did and they completed the job and took pictures of the work. The work matched the estimate with no surprises. This company is top notch.
