I would to know if anyone else had has a problem with this company? In June of 2010 I gave consent for Fastlane to sell my son's racing bike as my son was hit but another vehicle, Harry Derberian picked up the bike. Quoated me a price that the bike was worth in his estimation, he also knew that bike was used for racing and did not have a title. He then told me if the bike could not be sold with out title that it could be parted out. This motorcycle was in great running condition, well bike was sold toward the end of July 2010, he received the money at the time the bike was sold, it has now be seven months and he will not answer my phone calls, why won't he answer the calls...... he sold the bike for 1/10 of what he told me the bike was worth and spent the money... I was told last week that when he has the money then he will send me the money!!!! I don't know how the west coast does business but on the east coast this is not acceptable. To add insult after using the money, he still wants to charge me a fee to sell the bike...I did not have a problem with that but after keeping the money for the bike for 7 months does that seem like the right thing to do.
