Facets 58 is a very unprofessional company. Trusted this company with an engagement ring and family airloom to be used in new ring. Facets 58 did not perform, did not follow up, did not show much effort to fix the problem and acted like a child when it came to taking responsiblity. Overall this was a bad experience and would not recomend this company.
