After tearing my hair out trying to find out how to get my condo building approved by the VA so I could get a VA refinance, I ran across FHA Pros. I got more help, information and courtesy in 5 minutes that I did in the previous two months of searching. A guy named Chris Gardner took charge, did some research and found out that the VA site that said my building had not yet been approved was out of date. (Typical of VA care). Not only did he resolve the issue. but he waived the fee. I was ready to give these other companies $800 and he did it for free! Now I can get my loan before the rates start going up. I really, really recommend them!
