F.A. Management is a Nefarious and corrupt business

If you google "F.A. Management Solutions complaints" a plethora of horrible stories accounted by victims of Hugh Schafritz (Who not only owns F.A. Management Solutions but is also the lawyer who represents them). He's done everything from ruining the credit of a woman on welfare who was trying to get housing for her and her two boys. After lying to her about an amount they would settle the debt for, they took her $$ and kept adding it to her credit report so she could not qualify for housing. Hugh and F.A. Management prey on the poor and misfortunate and deal in what is known as "Zombie Debt" a very morally unjust law that Florida courts and judges still uphold and side with the scum bag attornies like Hugh (which one has to wonder why? Corruption?). Hugh Schafritz recently had my bank account garnished from a court order he got against me in a 2004 Duval court without ever serving me the paperwork or notifying me of the debt till 2021. That is "Zombie debt". He gets the ruling without informing the defendant and lets it accrue interest for decades before collecting. I am working with the media and now a new bulldog attorney to not only prove that this is unjust and disgusting behavior but to go after Hugh and his company along with the Zombie Debt laws in Florida in a way he can never even imagine. I want to not just get my case dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, but avenge all the poor and innocent people this wildly nefarious and morally corrupt lawyer has done to people. He is about to find out what its like to be on the receiving end of justice.
