This company was untruthful, unoraganized, and not punctual in providing their services to consumers. My order didn't show up for two weeks, even when customer service stated that it would. Then when I tried to cancel I didn't get a refund for four days. They didn't even have on file that I cancelled my order, they were going to still try to send me my items in one more week! This company should have sent me my items priorty next day to make up for all the lies and awful service that was given to me. I believe they need to document and communciate better with eachother to meet the satisfaction needs of their consumers. This was the only bad experience I have ever had with buying anything online.
