In Sept 2008 I was contacted by Rhonda Sznicer to list my timeshare with Executive Timeshare Marketing. As I had just had a very bad experience with another timeshare listing service, I was very reluctant to pay any money upfront but she convinced me that she could help me get my money back from the other company and she would reduce the fee by 50% until the property sold. Her thank you letter stated that her company was sure that they could bring me an offer within 20% of my asking price. When I contacted the company by email as to an update on my property, I was told they had some inquires but no buyers yet and could I send some pictures of the timeshare. I did this and to this date have not seen them posted to my ad. As far as I'm concerned this company is no better than all the rest of the scam artists out there willing to take an honest person's money. DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THEIR SALES PITCH.
