I've contracted moving companies 3 times in the last 2 yrs and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had.
They have the absolute WORST customer service I've ever interacted with and are completely incompetent.
I specifically asked for them to provide an all inclusive rate which would include the packing of specific items, ex. TV, mattress and couch. I was informed via email and phone that the only additional charge would be for non-resuable items including tape and bubble wrap.
When they called to confirm the appointment, which by the way they only give you a 3 hr window or they'll automatically cancel the move, I was informed that nothing was included in the quote and it would be at least $20 more just to pack my TV!
They also demanded that I get a permit for the truck or be liable for any potential ticket, which was the first time I had ever heard of this request.
I questioned the sales rep and was immediately met with resistance, she than proceeded to cancel the move less than 12 hours before they were scheduled to arrive.
