We fired these guys before they even came out. The salesman, Michael, is very nice, spoke clear English and seemed sincere in his quote and promise there were no hidden fees. But the Asian dude that called to confirm was a huge A$$! He tried to tell us that they charged extra for mileage. He told me that even if our TV was already professionally packed/wrapped, that they would have to rewrap it and CHARGE us for it. Then the asian woman confirmed to my husband that ANYthing they had to wrap they would charge us $20.00 EACH! Don't trust these rude scammers!! If I could give them a MINUS star rating I would have!
