My husband and I wanted to sincerely express our satisfaction with your company and your product. Ever since our first meeting your company has exemplified professionalism and warm hospitality. Your sales representative was cordial and not intrusive or pushy in anyway. In fact we has been considering reordering windows due to upcoming summer. It is indeed uncommon now days to find a company that provides kind, professional, quality service, and quality product. The next meeting we encountered was a consultation where the windows were measured and details of the installation were made. Again ,my husband and I were greeted by a friendly representative whom we felt knew what he was talking about. The meeting was quick and productive and we were eagerly waiting for our Anlin window installation. The third meeting, and the most anticapted, was when our windows and sliding door were installed. Not surprisingly we were again met with friendly and professional service. The service was done within a day and neatly just as promised and we were left with beautiful and energy efficient windows. We love the added of sound proofing the outside.
