My warranty company referred me to this business on Monday to repair my oven. I contacted them and was not able to get an appointment until Thursday. The service guy came and wrote down model numbers, nothing more, 5 minutes - something I could have provided over the phone. Then said it would be 3 or 4 days to get the parts. One week later I am told the parts are on order and they expect them in 3 or 4 days. I called another shop and was told he could have the parts the next day. I am currently trying to get my warranty company to authorize me to use the repair shop that can get the parts overnight. If it were up to me, I would NOT allow this company back in my house.
