My overall experience, from the beginning to the end with this shady business was absolutely horrible and awful!!! In my humblest opinion, they do not deserve any stars. Ethan Jewelers intentionally advertises incorrect and fraudulent information on their website to sell their jewelry and rings! When you order an item from their website, the website said shipping is supposed to take 2-3 days maximum and that they will provide you with a tracking number, so that you can track your order. The ring we bought was supposed to be my engagement ring. The only way to contact them is through via e-mail. It took 2 weeks for my ring to come in the mail and I was not provided with a tracking number, until after I had sent numerous complaint e-mails to Ethan Jewelers concerning my customer dissatisfaction, which was intentionally and continuously ignored by them, after numerous times of contacting them. As for the telephone number that they give you on their website to contact them, the mailbox is always intentionally full when you call, so that you cannot leave a message for them to return your call to call you back. Anyway, when the ring I had supposedly ordered from Ethan Jewelers finally came in the email after about 2 weeks , it was completely the wrong ring! I had ordered a 1.25 carat princess cut diamond 14K white gold solitaire engagement ring of: color (D) clarity (I). I immediately took this ring to 2 local jewelry stores to verify the rings diamond color and carat size when it arrived. The other jewelers verified the ring that I had actually received from Ethan Jewelry sent to me, was only a 3/4 carat princess cut diamond 14K white gold solitaire engagement ring of: color (K-M), clarity (I). Also, the ring Ethan Jewelers sent to me was approximately 1/2 carat size less than what I had paid for! Ethan Jewelers had lied to me about the color and carat size ring that they were sending to me. While I fully understand that it is one thing to get the quality of what you pay for, it is a different matter for Ethan Jewelers to intentionally lie to me, about the color of the diamond they sold and sent to me and try to rip me off by purposely sending a ring of a smaller/lesser carat size stone than what I paid for! This HUGE and HORRIBLE mistake of customer disservice and dissatisfaction should be corrected, fixed and/or taken care of by Ethan Jewelers in full on their part, without any more fraud, incorrect information or lies from them. Unfortunately, the problem has still not been resolved or corrected by Ethan Jewelers to correct this matter. So as a result, I have no choice but to turn this situation over to my lawyer and file a lawsuit on my behalf against Ethan Jewelers, to sue them for false advertising, fraudulent information, and sending me the wrong item that I had supposedly purchased from them since they have not fixed this problem. I am strongly urging any disgruntled/unsatisfied customers that are interested, after reading this review that I have posted about Ethan Jewelers, to join me in filing a class action lawsuit against them for their incorrect fraudulent lies and negligence.
