I ordered a ring which looked Great! on their website for a Christmas gift for my wife. After calling a weird phone number and leaving numerous messages and emails, I finally get an email in response to my complaining. The email stated that I could cancel the order because I haven't paid yet, so I sent him an email showing the debit from my account. Then I was promised the ring would be shipped 100% guarantee by Wednesday the 29th (I placed the order on the 15th for X-mas) so I asked for a tracking number and guess what, it wasn't shipped, so finally it gets shipped the next day, and I receive it Friday morning, and open it in a hurry because my wife is so excited, so excited that it was the WRONG RING! and it looked fake with an appraisal (I got the run around from both of these people acting like they were 2 different offices and they have a shipping center, when really they are up 1 floor) The Washington st. is a fake, they are located Down Town LA. So anyway I emailed Paul and told him that the ring was wrong, and he said that my wife should keep it because it was worth more (this is not what we ordered) so he sent me their address and we spent our New years eve driving in LA traffic to get this thing taken care of. Then we get shown the ring we wanted and the diamonds that were in it were white (looked like old milk in a glass) and they were small, and he said "this is what you ordered" then he said "it would take an hour to set. (why did it take 2.5 weeks the first time?) then when I said I wanted my money back, he said that his manager said they would give us the next grade up of diamonds, and brought out some diamonds which had black dots in everyone of them, and were so small. So I got my refund, and was so relieved when it finally cleared, because the refund receipt said "approved - offline".
Just glad I finally got my money back because I felt like I was ripped off every time I called and got no answer, or no reply to an email.
Do yourself a favor DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. There isn't even any jewelry in their cases, he went to the back with his friends to pull out these fake diamonds that have fake appraisals.

so during the time of trying to get the ring for my wife it was impossible to speak with anyone.. but as soon as i post Paul's real address and phone number, i get a call saying he will take legal action if i do not take it off..
How many of us want to take legal action and get this guys business license pulled? Im in contact with Fair Employment and the Business License Commission in Los Angeles about an investigation and to revoke any business license they may have, as well as fake appraisals.
