I rated this company highly poor: I bought a package that includes resume, cover letter and KSA, and I paid to sent my resume to several companies (auto). This company gave me a federal resume at senior level that was only two and one half pages long even though I sent them employment history of more than twenty years so I was immediately rated unqualified. My KSA was also two and one half pages long for five questions in senior level job position in Federal Job announcement. When I complaint and rated the company poor the company personnel cut me off from logging into their resumedesktop.com. This company is very unfriendly, they even threaten to blackmail my record after I rated their work very poor. I never got any interview from their work and I still have the Federal resume and KSA they prepared for me should any one want to see them.
