We were frustrated with the quality of cleaning provided by the service several times. Occasionally the floors weren't mopped or the windows weren't cleaned as promised. The attention to detail wasn't super high, but it was adequate and the price was definitely right.
We were then also disappointed with the company's lack of help after some of our possessions were stolen during the time the maid service was in the house. The company treated us very short and matter of factly and lacked any personal touch, empathy and customer friendly service we expect from where we put our consumer dollars.
I could not recommend Elite Maids based on this experience. I would suggest a licensed, bonded and insured company that you check several references of.
