We used this company for a three hour deep cleaning two days before Thanksgiving. A male and female showed up and it was soon clear they had no idea what they were doing. The lady had to keep telling the man what to do and it was clear he was new to house cleaning. Two times I had to have the woman redo the tub because it was dirty. They didn't have a vacuum cleaner with proper extensions to clean fans. They didn't move things when they dusted and mopped. It got to the point I wanted them out of our home they were so inept. The next day I called the company and was told I'd hear back from them. A few days later I had to call back. Today after maybe four days I had to call again. The conversation we had was a joke. It's also interesting that under the FAQ on their website it has changed concerning what happens when you aren't happy with their work. It used to state something to the effect they'd make things right. Now it states they'll do better next time!! Who in their right mind would use these clowns again? $150.00 lesson I learned the hard way. Stay away from these people!!
