PLEASE DON´T HIRE THEM, THE WORST KIND OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH..
I´ve never wrote a review on the internet or complained about anything before, but in this ocassion I felt it was my responsability to let other know about my TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH ELI TRANSPORTS (2974 Griffin Rd. Fort Lauderdale FLORIDA).
Please read this and not only reconsider, PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS PEOPLE. I have never in my life had to deal with such kind of people, every single one of the from the assistant, to the manager (Alan) to the chofer were not only RUDE but AGRESSIVE and DISRISPECTFUL. They shouted at me not once but every time I had to speack with them; treating me as if they were doing me a favor.
Furthermore I am not ashamed to accept that I was afraid of them , so afraid that I had to pay 2 of construcción workers in my apartment to accompany me when I received the furniture.
Apart from the personal treat they claim to have no hidden costs wich is the biggest lie, because ALL ABOUT THEM ARE HIDDEN COSTS they over charge you in every single way they can, every single way they can think about. Not only that but they delivered my furniture late.

I would love to assist you and see what the issues were with your relocation if only I knew who you are. Eli Transport takes every complaint very seriously! After checking our moving systemI do not recall a customer whos name is Bridget M. In order for Eli Transport to take care of such a serious allegation it would be very nice that this customer contact the office ASAP since we have never received such a complaint from any of our customers.
Should this complaint be from a real cutomer please provide me with your JOB # and where you moved from and too.
Eli Transport will address and take care of every complaint that is received. Customer service is a importaint priority.
In reference to this person stating that they were terrified by our drive I can tell you now that this seems very much fabricated. Since we have many many great reviews on how wonderful Alan the driver has been.
This has been the first time that we have ever heard of such a complaint. Please call the company so we can resolve this issue ASAP.
