I needed to get my credit cards consolidated really bad. I recieved a call from Educational Financial Services and the rep was really pleasant and easy going to work with over the phone. I didn't like giving out my personal acct numbers over the phone and as soon as they explained how much money I would be saving if I worked with them, they quickly sent me to their screening and authorization agents who recorded my voice on the phone and as soon as I changed my mind to work with them, they were very aggressive at calling me back repeatedly until I gave in and agreed to work with them. I tried looking for this company through BBB at first while they were talking to me but I found no review. Now that I am signed up, I hope they follow through with the services because now I see that they have an F rating. The part that turned me off was how they wouldn't take no for an answer and that they charge you $49 per month for this service. It is supposed to save you money and get you out of debt in a shorter time, for me, 4 years. I agreed to try this out for a month and see if they do the job. If not, I will cancel the program but then be stuck with a big debt.
