We ordered p-touch labels from this company and at first only received ONE of each size ordered, even though our order was for FOUR of each. After receiving this partial shipment we called and spoke to the owner, Larry. He assured us that the balance of our order would be shipped. After THREE separate phone calls and over 60 days later, we finally received the balance, BUT our credit card was charged for tax and we are a tax exempt entity. We stated this WITH our tax exempt number on the original order form. We have spoken to Larry SIX times, left FOUR voicemails and have sent THREE follow up emails. He won't answer the phones if he sees your number BUT he will answer if you call from a different number. When we last spoke to him, over TWO weeks ago now, he advised he cannot do credits to credit cards??? BUT that he was having his accountant send a check for the tax to be reimbursed and this NEVER happened. We would NOT recommend placing an order with this company they don't practice fair business policies and out right LIE to get rid of you.
