Just short of "criminal"! This group WAY over-promised on the quality of leads they could generate. They claimed to have real estate leads but their web site that generates the leads is designed for mortgage origination leads.
Although they replaced over 50 leads for me it was just replacing garbage with garbage.
They refused to refund my money.
They never sent me a "viable" lead which is how the contract describes what they wil send. "Viable" for them was a working phone number and/or email address. It didn't matter that the people were only looking to refinance and had no interest in buying or selling a home (=real estate lead)!
