I was suckered into paying for all these wonderful trips I "won". This happened in the end of June. I received my packet of trips in the middle of July. I looked carefully over the certificates and noticed some additional charges that I was not told about. I called the company and spoke to a manager who verbally told me I would not be responsible for those charges. I thought about that a few days and called them back. After repeated phone calls I finally spoke to the manager again and he agreed to send me an email with our verbal understanding in writing. That was the middle of August. It is now October and I have yet to receive the email confirming our verbal conversation. The manager does not return any of my phone calls. My last two messages have been requests to return my money. I have recapped my entire experience in an email to the email on their website for contact information but it kept getting rejected. I have just finished making copies of all my notes and my email and I will be sending it snail mail. We'll see what happens. I will never do any kind of business with this company again and I suggest you stay away from it to.
