Do your checking BEFORE you deal with a company that sells warranty, so you don't have to eat it later -- or file complaints out of frustration.
This company does not sell you the warranty. there is no service department. the same small group of people that sells the warranty, is the same small group that takes in service calls, take in complaints, and try to not have you cancel so they don't get the charge-backs.
They are the middlemen. The warranty you buy through them is from one of the large insurance companies, like Zurich.
It would be best to buy services from companies that are more up front, by having their location published. With a local phone line that's published. With actual names that people know. Not some dba with a mailbox service address ...
