the emploleeys are really nice, however as much as they seem to want to help, still the owner limits them. he does not seem to give them the tools needed in order for them to effectively follow up with customers. it has been through my experience that employees come and go from this company because they do not feel they have the right support from the owner. so he ends up loosing a good deal of wonderful people. unfortunately, I have never been able to meet the actual owner. he really uses his employees to face the customers because he does not have the guts to do it himself. he owes people money for services that were offeref but never given. careful out there cause you may like one of the employees of this company and next thing you know he or she is no longer there and then you may find yourself having to deal with someone totally new.
