I bought a partially refundable ticket from them in December 2010 and have been trying to get it refunded for the past 6+ months. Even though I have a written statement from the company saying that my ticket is refundable, they keep stalling. I am led to believe that they are trying to push the process long enough so that my ticket will expire and they won't have to refund anything. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, it will be a nightmare if anything goes wrong. I would give them 0 stars if I could
