Wished I found this BBB info before purchasing from Dermajuv. I'm posting this same review on blogs and websites dealing with Dermajuv so people can beware. I suggest other victims file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General office because when I spoke with them, they did not have any complaints filed for Dermajuv. Please know your rights and follow through with complaints to the Attorney General.

Do NOT buy from Dermajuv because if it doesn't work and you need to get your refund, they are NOT going to give you your money back!!!
The eye-cream did not work for me. I returned the products according to their instructions and I still have not received the refund. I was very patient and was willing to work with them but it's now 90+ days since the product was returned. Dermajuv kept saying several times that my refund is being processed and I would see my credit in a couple of days or the next day. The last time I called I was put on hold for 30 minutes and then they hung up on me! They had no intention of giving me my refund and hoped that I would go away. Well, I'm not. I have now filed a complaint with the Florida Office of Attorney General for Consumer Protection and I would ask other victims do the same.
