I ordered a New Dell XPS on Nov 22/09 and it finally arrived on 12/10/09. I set it up and used it for 1 day before it would no longer turn on. I called Dell Tech Support and after trying to help me get it started again they decided it was faulty and need to be replaced. It is now nearly 2 months later and I still do not have a replacement computer. Everytime I call them I get forwarded to at least 4 different people none tht know how to speak English very well and no one can tell me when I am going to get a new Computer, the standard answer is "It is in production, please check back in 3-5 business days". When they first decided that the Computer need to be replaced they told me that since it was for business use they would make it top priority and I will receive my replacement computer within 7-10 days. If anyone knows who I can possibly complain to please let me know, I am already making the second payment on a computer that I do not have. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received from any company and I would not recommend them or buy from again.
