I own alot of computers 5 HP, 3 IBM, 1 Compaq, and 8 Dells and I have to say I have less trouble with my Dell Laptop than any of the computers I own, My employees are very tough on their laptops and I am suprise besides once in a while having to repair bugs in the software that they get or restoring Windows on their software or setting up their WIFI or Bluetooth. They work great and built like a tank. Great customer service and Technical department. I would recomend them greatly, as a matter of fact I recomend them to my brother who bought one and my cousins.
