I ordered originally from a post on Bonanzle.com a Your Baby Can Read package. The description on the offer mentioned the complete package of 5 DVDs, 50 Word Game Cards, 5 Lift a flap books, 5 Wipe Clean Cards, a pen, the My First Words 30 Words Sliding Book Window, the Workshop DVD, a Song CD and finally 82 Double Sided Word Cards, 25 Sliding Word and Picture Cards, and the Parent's guide. To keep a long story short, they cancelled my order from Bonanzle.com and made me reorder it from their own website. I noticed however that the new offer was missing the last 3 items I described above but a sales rep assured me that it is the same offer and I will be getting the same thing. So, I ordered. I never received the 3 items. They have been giving me the run around for 1 week now.
They are very rude with their replies to email. I am currently evaluating the value of the 3 items by asking the real Your Baby Can Read company and will ask Visa to either refund the whole or part of it (not sure if they can do this).
BTW, my shipment was also 1.5 weeks late.
