I have lived in Mandevilla for 14 years and am very happy with Danny of DML. His living in the Mandevilla property is a plus for us homeowners. He cares about the property and wants Mandevilla to thrive. This summer, twice within 3 days, a swarm of bees covered a big block of wood at the top of my garage. Both times Danny made sure someone was out there ASAP to take care of the situation, as I was not able to move my car for fear of being stung. Another incident, I was at the pool when two (2) men jumped over the fence to go swimming. I called Danny from the pool and Danny called the Tustin Police. The police did come and take care of the situation. These are just a couple of incidents of Danny's response. Danny really cares about Mandevilla and is quick to take care of anything within his scope. He is very much a hands on property manager. We are very lucky to have him as our Property Manager.
