This company is a fraud. They have been calling my home with my husbands ss#, name,birthdate and address claiming to be a law firm attempting to collect a cashnet loan (payday loan) for $300.00. They have left threatening messages saying "My name is Jackson and THIS CALL IS FOR YOU(my husbands name). DO NOT DISREGARD THIS CALL.This matter is very time sensitive YOU MUST CALL THIS NUMBER BACK 1-408-461-3101, IF YOU DON'T I CAN ONLY "WISH YOU GOOD LUCK" as this whole thing crumbles down on you. I CAN ONLY SAY THAT EVENTS WILL BE ON YOU AND YOU WILL BE SORRY. EITHER YOU OR YOUR ATTORNEY CALL ME TODAY OR I CAN ONLY SAY "I WISH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY GOOD LUCK!" so I called the number and asked to speak with Jackson, of course he was in meetings so I spoke with David Clark. He advised me that they were a law firm attempting to collect a pay day loan debt through cash net for $300.00. I advised him that my husband never took out a pay day loan and he got very rude and demanded to speak to my husband who was not home. He called me a liar and demanded I put him on the phone.I had a hard time understanding him.Once I hung up I phoned my husband so he could call them and see what was going on. My husband received the same treatment and was hung up on. I looked up the number they left me and it comes to a MCI cell phone. The address one of them gave me was 1432 Hoffman Lane, Campbell, CA.When I asked for the zip code he hung up. I called the Sheriff's dept there and was directed to this link. I decided to have fun with them as they continue to call and ask them questions like, can I have your company name, fax and address. They fumble because they don't know. The address belongs to a Brian Golter and Robert Golter not this Law firm. The last guy I spoke with did'nt remember their fax # so he put me on hold and never came back. For a law firm or a collection company they are very unprofessional. Be persistent and file a complaint with anyone who will listen.If you file a phone harrassment complaint with your local police or sheriff's office they can then fax the complaint to the santa Clara County Sheriff's office to be handled.? You dont have to only contact the FBI as this company claims. They are frauds who are getting info including ss# and using it in the wrong ways.I do not tolerate my husband,or my family being threatened and I ask that everyone else file complaints to.I've spoke with a David, Logan, Dave Clark and many others from this "firm". Fake names, Fake addresses and changing stories. It's creepy, it's sad and it's scarey that your info can get into the hands of these people.Dont let them bluff you and dont give them anything !!!!
