Creative Vacation Solutions, Inc. had given me several phone numbers that worked. All of them do not work anymore. I have been working with them since April of 2009 to sell my timeshare with Bluegreen. They assured me weekly since December they had secured a buyer. Closing was to be January 12, 2010. Then they told me the buyer forgot to sign two papers that it was only an overlook and they were still interested to purchase it. The week of February 10, I called and told them I had received several calls claiming they had closed their business. They assured me that they had not, and explained how what was misunderstood was some trouble contracted realtors they had trusted were terminated. They assured me that is they had gone under, they would not be answering calls. Now, a week later, their phone systen is down. I did so want to trust them, but now after reading these horrible reviews, I guess I have been had. Does anyone have any news and help for me to on how to retrieve a refund. I have given them $2287.00.
