From my experience with creative Vacation Solutions, I find their trade practices involving timeshare resales false and deceptive. After they had tried 4 representatives that gave me a hard sell saying that they already had buyers for my timeshare, they had a person claiming to work for Wells Fargo Bank that said that she had already approved a loan for at least 3 buyers for my timeshare. Since the buyers had put $4,800 down (non-refundable) for my timeshare I was sure to have a buyer because they would not want to lose their money. Since I've signed the contract I've received no calls from them and only on a few occasions were my calls returned. Though they said (???) that the title/deed search had been done, there has been no progress made regarding the sale of my timeshare. Most of the time I can't get through except to leave a message which they seldom return. Hopefully now that the Attorney General is looking into them in terms of their fraudulent practices we will get back our fees. I will write them a letter to get a refund.
