This company consists of liars. They get you to take the bait by telling you that they have a buyer for your timeshare - guaranteed. I called them back after they sent me a contract and told them I did not want to participate and to "put me on your do not call list" This did not stop them. Finally after the last "salesliar" said, "Why won't you do this? This is a 'done deal'", I said, "Okay, but if you are lying to me you will be sorry." After they got my money, they haven't called me in three months. This company doesn't answer the phone very often, either. I complained to my credit card company - American Express and they are siding with the fraud that has been perpetrated because "I signed the contract". DO NOT sign any contracts or give out any money. They are taking you for a fool by telling you that they will sell your timeshare. Look at the print on the contract. They don't have to ever sell your timshare and they will not. You might as well take your money and flush it down the toilet!!! There really should be a law against this kind of predator. Using promises that are purely lies to get business should be illegal, but apparently is not. I do plan to file a complaint with the Florida attorney general.
