Imagine it's the hottest week of the year and your air conditioning gives out. That's what happened to us. We made several calls for service, but every company we contacted gave us a two week waiting period before they could get someone out to us. We found CCM through a friends referral and within a few hours we had a technician at our house. Mike was professional, knowledgeable and honest. It was a simple job this time at a reasonable cost. Our unit is over 12 years old and we are in need of a replacement in the next year or two. Mike gave us options without any of the pressure-refreshing! We will definitely be calling CCM in the future!
