Comerica violated my privacy and Fair Credit by pulling my personal social security number from my business account to complete a trust transaction that was unrelated to me. They should have contact me about needing my personal information added to the application. They did not and therefore they violated my rights as a consumer by commingling my client's assets to my credit score. They have damaged my credit and as an institution, they are horrible liars. The disclosure notice they tout is not large enough for anyone to read and it FOLLOWED my signature with no initials that I accept. It was not disclosed that they would access my personal credit.
I have already submitted a complaint to the Dallas Federal Reserve about this matter.
This bank is deceitful.
