I received a call from this company in regards to an emergency room visit by my son with a balance of $700. They said if I paid the balance it would not reflect my credit and I said that would be great but....I was told that sarcasm would not pay the bill and he hung up on me. My son has insurance, this bill could have been resolved except the guy was too rude and hung up.
I called back and got another rude person who hung up on me!!... I called a second time to speak with a supervisor named Jessica to explain that some of the staff was rude and hung up on me and she did get why I was calling and just was rude about the bill. I stated that I have insurance... she wanted to know why I did not tell the first guy.... BECAUSE HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!

Always keeping in mind that our employees are our most important asset; without whose individual efforts we can never achieve our goal.
This could not be further from the truth. I think they need to retrain their staff on customer service!!!.
You never know what people are going through especially during these times, a little consideration would have been great.
