Beware! Starting 3 years ago I had Clinger Pro Roofing re-roof my house. They didn’t obtain the correct permits required to start with. Then they were going to roof over some badly water damaged decking. During the decking they fell through the ceiling (Twice). I was going to remodel that room so I let it go. My mistake. I had told them I wanted the roof done right to start with! They’re definition of right is different than mine. Then I had to have them replace some sub-standard flashing around the roof they installed which was uneven and wavy. The foreman stated that that was flimsy material and the new version was better (but they had to be told). One of the roof vents was damaged during the roofing and had to be replaced at my cost after they attempted to repair and looked at it 5 times. It didn’t leak for the 28 odd years before that! They claim they fixed it, but it still leaked necessitating the vent replacement. I made a mistake in not doing my research on roofers. So if your are hunting a roofing contractor I recommend you do your research with the Better Business Bureau and others to ensure you don’t have the same experience. I highly recommend that you skip Clinger Pro Roofing. If you do your research on them there are plenty of others who have had similar bad experiences with this company.
