I called the office when I saw my credit report and spoke with a rude guy named Arthur. He has no idea how to speak with a customer and just adds fuel to the fire by insulting me and my family. I told him I do not owe this money and I was never notified. He practically called me stupid. I was so upset and told him my parents go there and I haven't even been there in years and he said oh your parents come here I bet they owe us to and asked me how to spell there names and had the audacity to look up my parents telling me he wants to report them to. I told him I never was told I had a balance nor did I get a phone call or letter. He told me they sent a letter to an address that I haven't lived at for over 10 yrs now. My family has gone to Dr Tabib for years because I refereed them there and they are all so insulted they will not ever be going back either. Not only that I called back 3 times and each time he got ruder and ruder I asked to speak with the dentist stating I would not like to speak with Arthur because he was very rude and it was just upsetting me more but he came on the phone instead telling me that he was going to intentionally leave it on my credit now even though he knows I never knew this money was even owed. I have paid everything in full . This could have been resolved very kindly however with Arthur and the way he talks to people is why I came here since he will not allow me to speak with the dentist.
From what I've been told by others who have gone there recently is that they have all had problem with the way he speaks with them as well all saying he is very rude!! SO ALL I CAN SAY IS DR TABIB IS A GOOD DOCTOR HOWEVER THE OFFICE MANGER IS WHO HAS CAUSED ME AND MY FAMILY TO NEVER GO BACK, AS WELL AS A FEW OF MY FRIENDS.
