I found Nancy on line and it was the best thing I could have ever done. She helped me lower my payment after my son was over eighteen and helped me this year to settle my past due.
I found out my son was mine when he was 5 so I started my Child Support payments with 5 years back payments. Over 15 years I could never catch up. The nightmare of being involved with the DCSS was nothing I could have imagined. It effected my entire life. I never though I would see the end of it. Nancy helping me was the first time I felt any sort of hope that it was going to be okay. She had so much patience and never failed to get back to me. She really had my best interest at heart. I can’t thank her enough.
