No Proof of delivery

I purchased 7 Wal Mart gift cards during early August, 2016. The gift cards had a value of $238.00. After 2 weeks I contacted Cardpool and requested shipping information. They could not provide any proof of delivery, but claimed that the gift cards had been redeemed, all on the same day, at a Wal Mart located in Ventura, CA. This store is located about 12 miles from my residence. Cardpool claimed that since the gift cards had been redeemed, I must have redeemed the cards. I never received the gift cards. Cardpool will not provide proof of delivery. In fact I was not aware that a Wal Mart existed in Ventura, CA. I have contacted my credit card company and the BBB for some form of justice. About 60 days ago I had trouble with delivery on two cardpool gift card orders. After prodding the company, I received a refund after about 5 weeks of complaining. No reason for the non delivery was given. I continued to place orders since the company stood by their service. At this time, with no proof of delivery,(i do not believe that the company had a POD.) There problem rests with the post office, not me.
