I was referred to CNC Timeshares by a my uncle who has done business with them in the past and was very pleased. Despite the difficult market conditions I listed with them in March of 2009. Since that time, CNC Timeshares customer service dept stayed in touch with me on the progress of marketing my timeshare. I received a couple of offers during the summer and I am happy to say that I did accept an offer that I was very pleased with. The closing was handled in an efficient and timely manner. Their fee recovery dept. assisted me in getting my money back from an unlicensed Internet timeshare listing company. These guys really know what they're doing. I wanted to share this information with the public, so if you think you're stuck and unable to rent or sell, you may want to give them a call. They did a great job for me.
