Extremely Rude!

I purchased an item on a Wednesday and paid for overnight shipping. The next day (Thursday) it still had not shipped. I called their customer service and talked to a man that told me it was purchased after the cutoff and would ship on Thursday. I was frustrated as I needed it next day. When I asked why it said guaranteed by Thursday at time of purchase he said he didn't know. I asked why I had to pay $36.50 for shipping if it wasn't overnight and he told me I should just be happy that I didn't have to pay more and i'd get my product when I get it. I ended the call. Friday morning I call again as it still hasn't shipped and the same man told me he cancelled my order. I said I never said to cancel it and he said too bad he already did. I told him his customer service is horrible and hung up. He then called me back and immediately started yelling at me saying "what did you say? What did you say?" and said I was being recorded and told me he's noting my account that i'm rude. I told him I had already filed a complaint with Walmart as they facilitated the sale and he said he doesn't care and Walmart can do whatever they want.
NEVER EVER do business with this company. Extremely unprofessional.
