Poorest excuse for a company. Was told when I ordered my brake rotors it was going to take 2 weeks. After 6 weeks without my order I cancelled the order. I had to call them each week for status update only got empty promises. They even sent me a shipping notice through UPS but could not track it. I checked UPS for 3 days then found out UPS only received the billing information no product to ship. This was just another stall tactic by BrakePlanet.
Found a different company the same day I cancelled and they shipped the product out the same day.
Would never use this company for anything.
