Brakeperformance.com - Bad Warranty; You Get What You Pay For
|
Wish I would have shopped around for a better company and wish I could afford to remove their parts off my car and replace them with something more reliable. Their rotors look good, prices seem great, "lifetime warranty," blah, blah, blah-- but what happens when the parts fail and you have to replace and reinstall? My new rotors failed and I had to exchange a few weeks later. Customer service acted like they were doing me a favor by honoring their "lifetime warranty" and allowing me to swap out the bad parts. Had to pay up front for replacement parts, paid for a de-install and re-install by brake professional, plus shipped the old parts back (ALL at my expense). Time and money wasted. It cost me $250+ more in labor and shipments. With these cheap rotors/pads you risk paying alot more in the long run if you have to exchange any parts for any reason. If you pay for professional installation, it will cost you twice.
